Membership to the society is required for attendance to any workshops or crash courses, unless otherwise indicated.

#1 / "Mooting 101" workshop ​
​
​
This workshop is required for any Novice Cup participants, and will cover the essentials of the competititon and of mooting. ​

#2 / Introduction to mooting for non-law students
in collaboration with NILS
​
​This hour-long workshop will cover the very basics of mooting, and is designed for students who have little or no legal experience. We will provide a practice moot problem for students to take home and prepare in advance of the Novice Cup.
​
It will be run by our non-law officers, James & Alessia, in collaboration with Non-Law Into Law Society.
​​
Membership is not required for this workshop.

#3 / Casedo - Preparing a bundle workshop

For our internal competitions, we use our sponsor Casedo's software. This allows you to submit mooting bundles digitally and also speeds up the judging process.
​
This workshop is required for all Novice Cup participants.
Thursday 24 Oct
#4 / Advanced Mooting workshop

This workshop reflects on the first two rounds of the Novice Cup, and provides some general feedback and tips for improving your mooting. There will also be a Q&A session. ​
​
This workshop is compulsory for Novice Cup semi-final participants. Other mooters may attend on a first-come first-serve basis. Membership required.
